Day one with Domo, I expected the usual chaos of connectors failing and documentation that doesn't match the actual UI. What I got instead was a guided onboarding flow that had me pulling live data into my first dashboard before lunch. For a small team that can't afford a dedicated IT person to babysit a new platform, that mattered enormously. The setup wizards are genuinely intuitive, and their support team responded within the hour when I hit a snag with a data source connection.
Two years later, I still think back on that first week as the benchmark for how software rollouts should feel. The learning curve flattened out faster than anything I'd touched before, and my colleagues (all four of them) were self-sufficient in days, not weeks. There are moments where the pricing feels like a stretch for a shop our size, but the time we've saved building reports more than justifies it. Domo earned our trust early and has kept it.
