Scaling a CRM across a team that doubled in size is the kind of thing that exposes every crack in a platform fast. Creatio held up. Two years in, and what genuinely impressed me was how little friction there was adding new users, reassigning territories, and spinning up custom workflows without pulling in a developer every single time. The no-code process builder is the real selling point here. My sales and ops folks were building their own automations within a few weeks, which is not something I expected to say about enterprise-grade software.
The gripe I keep coming back to: the admin side of user permissions is clunkier than it should be. When you're onboarding a fifth person in a week, those extra clicks add up and it starts to feel like the UX hasn't quite caught up to the power underneath. Support has been responsive when I've needed them, though turnaround can be slow for non-critical tickets. Still, for a growing startup that wants real workflow depth without a dedicated IT team, this is genuinely worth a look.
