My honest read after six months of running Startquestion surveys for a handful of agency clients is: it works, but it really wants you to be sitting at a desk when you use it. Building and distributing 360 feedback cycles on behalf of clients sounds straightforward until half those clients have remote or field-based workforces. The mobile experience is noticeably underbaked. Respondents on phones sometimes hit layout issues, and I've had clients flag incomplete submissions because the interface didn't render cleanly on smaller screens. That's a real problem when you're trying to get participation rates up across distributed teams.
On the brighter side, the survey logic and branching options are genuinely solid, and the reporting exports save me real time when I'm packaging results for client presentations. Setup is quick enough that I can spin up a new feedback cycle without much friction. Customer support has been responsive but occasionally surface-level, pointing me to documentation I'd already read. For agencies working with remote-heavy clients, I'd say proceed with eyes open on the mobile limitations.
