Dashboards were the deciding factor for me when our organization committed to this platform two years ago, and they've held up under real enterprise pressure. Every Monday morning I pull up the project status views across a portfolio of concurrent initiatives and the data is just there, clean and current. Task completion rates, milestone progress, overdue items flagged in red. No digging, no exporting to a separate BI tool. The Gantt reporting in particular gives me something I can drop straight into an executive briefing without reformatting anything.
The time tracking reports are worth calling out separately. My project coordinators use them weekly to validate billing against actual logged hours, and the export to Zoho Sheets keeps the finance side happy. My one honest gripe is that custom report filters could be a little more flexible, a few of the field combinations I've wanted simply aren't available out of the box. That said, for the price at our scale, the analytics coverage is genuinely impressive and I have no plans to move away.
