Dashboards were the deciding factor for me when our organization finished its enterprise rollout about a year ago. The task and milestone reporting surfaces information clearly, and the Gantt-based views give me something I can actually paste into an executive deck without reformatting for an hour. Filtering by status (new, in-progress, closed) across multiple projects at once is genuinely useful when you're coordinating at scale. My ops team pulls those reports every Monday and they've become the default language for project status across the whole division.
The one frustration worth naming: custom report building hits a ceiling faster than I'd like. You can filter and sort, but if you need something outside the preset templates, you're exporting to Zoho Sheets and doing it yourself. Not a dealbreaker, but at enterprise volume it adds friction. Customer support has been responsive when I've needed it, and the value relative to some of the heavier platforms in this category is hard to argue with. Solid tool. Just leaves a little on the table analytically.
