Two years of managing client deliverables through Zoho Projects, and the integrations story is honestly what keeps me here. Running an agency means juggling different tool stacks for different clients, and Zoho Projects connects well with the broader Zoho ecosystem. Zoho CRM, Zoho Billing, Zoho Sheet exports from timesheets, it all flows in a way that saves my team real hours each week. For clients who use Google Workspace, the calendar sync is solid enough that I stopped worrying about double-booking meetings. The document module even handles Microsoft Office files without complaints, which matters when clients send over .docx briefs at odd hours.
The one gripe I keep running into: third-party integrations outside the Zoho universe feel thin. Slack works, but it is basic. Connecting to tools like Harvest or niche client-specific apps usually means routing through Zapier, which adds friction and cost. For agencies where every client brings their own preferred tools, that gap stings a little. Still, for the price point, especially on the mid-tier plan, it delivers more than I expected.
