Used Ticketsource for the first time for a charity event recently. Never used an online ticketing service before and did quite a bit of research. I can honestly say they were fabulous in every way. Of course these systems take a bit of getting used to and being very comprehensive means there is a lot to think about. But the help screens are amazing and take you step by step through everything you need to do. Whats more you can amend certain things after you have gone live, which really helps, so if you get the idea that customers need more info you can add that. Its really easy to help your customers too, you can issue a refund or change tickets, or re-issue them if they are lost. Customers get a standard reminder from Ticketsource a couple of days before the event and you can even send out your own extra info to them as well. ( as long as its not marketing something else!) . Post-event service is also really good and helpful Brilliant I would highly recommend!
