I have had to switch providers twice in last year because of excessive downtime. I've been on Asphostportal for 5 months without a single outage plus my website is noticeably faster. I like their control panel which allow me to install free SSL certificate than waiting for a technician to do it. You can find cheaper hosting providers but expect lower service as well.
