I had the pleasure of interacting with customer service representative Tim on a Friday at nearly 5 pm, to cancel a hosting account that was no longer needed. Being the end of the day, and the end of the week, it would have been easy to go through the motions to assist me, but Tim was kind, friendly and brought a sense of humor and personality to the mundane and brief interaction. QHoster was completely helpful and efficient. Really great web host.
