“e-way for a small business/sales distribution agency” Overall: Overall - very good tool for us as we started with this CRM. Pros: Export/Import Contacts User fields Outlook plug-in Customizable Cons: The "compatibility" (perhaps there are better words) with MS Outlook. It requires a lot of Outlook's memory and if there are other add-ins switched on, e-way/Outlook crashes. I think the biggest advantage to have e-way as Outlook add in is also its biggest drawback. For not experienced users/admins it can be difficult to set up the most effective way of working with e-way (e.g. to not have too many logs, information, Tasks etc.) Reasons for Choosing eWay-CRM: I have read a positive review on a website. And we got space to test it deeply before we made decision.
