We were introduced to the world of GPS tracking rather abruptly, as one of our customers requested that their shipment be monitored all the way to their facility in Mexico. Unfortunately, our appointed carriers coverage ended at the US border, which left us scrambling. With some very helpful assistance from our forwarder, we were soon introduced to Shaun and he shortly thereafter made tracks to our facility. A quick little tutorial, an introduction to the unit and its capabilities and then into one of the crates that needed to be tracked. We've been so impressed with the information that is available through the Trackem website, we're going to add this to all of our high priority shipments, for our customer's benefit and our peace of mind. A great addition to enhance the level of excellence of service we already offer. Great product and great people!
