I signed up for BeAkira the first week in December and have been in communication with Lucy several times. In her last email, Lucy told me to expect to receive a full report on the 11th of January however I never received anything and have written 4 emails asking the same questions and she or anyone from the team hasn't responded. At this point, I have requested a refund.
