When I first heard about BeAkira, I was excited to work with them. However, since I joined in early December, I haven't seen any change in my ranking front/first page and was promised a report by the 11th of January and never received this. In addition, I have written countless emails to BeAkira and Lucy and they haven't responded. In my last correspondence, I requested a refund since they aren't providing me with the services I signed up for or responding to my message. Overall, I am disappointed in the lack of professionalism and have disputed the charge on my credit card.
