The support from Cora Systems is excellent. You are always supported by real people, who respond in a timely manner and are usually knowledgeable about their product. They are also knowledgeable about my company, my needs, and my individual settings and requirements. They are always ready to listen and to help. They charge, but fairly and not excessively. **What do you like most about the product or service?** The products are customisable, and they are always working on upgrades and improvements to their products, so they often take on board customer ideas and suggestions.
