RASI’s Menu Engineering Graphs and Reports shows my team how to effectively price our menu items. The managers know where they stand with costs and what trends impact our business. RASI’s services keep all 11 of our businesses aligned and consistent on Inventory and Ordering practices and cost accountability. We have great leverage with our vendors due to the RASI Interface; we can review and print reports detailing the business we do with vendors. RASI advocates for us and helps strengthen our Buying Position. They have provided us with proof of our consolidated leverage to negotiate the best prices and deals.
