Many of the employees at IT NOW I have found to be very patient and helpful, but today SAM stood out as an amazing engineer who spent a couple hours with me very patiently helping me beyond what I would expect. I never felt rushed or hurried and he was even more patient than I would hope a good friend to be. We got the problem fixed, and he followed up a little later to be sure it was working ok. Great service, ITNow!
