Awesome service and great platform! Our reviews have skyrocketed since we started using Review Wave. Being able to integrate automatic text reminders, reactivation texts, appointment follow ups has been great. We also use The Scheduling App feature which our patients LOVE. We have people scheduling at all hours of the day. They also have online forms you can design so paperwork can be completed prior to their visit and inputted directly into our software. The customer support team is friendly and quick at resolving issues.
