Yesterday I called in regard to my blog and was helped by a customer support representative. He was a great help, and spent lots of time explaining in very clear language. Plus if he didn’t know the answer he checked with her supervisor, and took a lot of time making sure I understood. I wish more support representatives would be like him. Thank you, QHoster team!
