Simply put, it's quite easy to use. Lots of room for customization in terms of adding fields to candidate profiles, changing CRM workflows and/or recruitment phases, and establishing brand-new application forms for our company's career page. Everything you need is available at Manatal. For advanced analytics, I can download the data and play around with it in Excel, and the reporting side of the platform is comprehensive enough that I can spot opportunities and bottlenecks directly from the dashboard.
