A few of Manatal's selling points were a mass emailing tool as well as the capacity to develop a candidate database that is both secure and functional. These features were among the primary motivating factors that lead our agency to make the switch to Manatal. There is a slight learning curve, but the program is highly user-friendly and the support has been fantastic in helping us train the team. Although price wasn't our primary concern, we were pleasantly surprised to find that, of the four ATSs we tested, Manatal was the clear winner in both categories.
