Pros - One of the best working cultures I have ever experienced - Great leadership, approachable very easily if needed - Salesforce work done here cutting-edge, learning scope is immense - Policies as well as any org level change is communicated very well - No micro-management at all, believe me this is not easy to find in a company Cons NONE, its more of a family than a company Advice to Management Keep doing what you are, I know its not easy to maintain such an amazing culture so please please keep this up!!!
