"The great tool to easy monitoring" Pros: - We enjoy the API that helps our main monitoring system (Zabbix) trough integrations, - we like the coolest technical support who always helps us to solve our different issues and answers for different questions, we always feel the real support here, - it's the most powerful tool for GEO-distributed and independent outside monitoring of availability of our services, - it's very easy to control multi-user access and to do mass updates with templates or API. Cons: Of course we desire if there were more servers located in our country and some other countries, it could make our monitoring more sensitive :)
