"After searching for a long time, we have finally found the tool" For us, the two most important things were having an automation platform that required no coding/technical skills and the pricing. About the automation part, my team is quite happy. We have automated with ease dozens of processes within our company, from internal employee activities to core solutions that are using hundreds of customers, connecting with all the resources/apps of our company and the freedom to customize the UI for the users. The licensing model goes straight to the point, without nonsense complex business units or caped executions like we found on other platforms. This may not sound like something important to some, but to us it meant day and night after dealing with unclear cost estimations and overpriced functionalities and licenses that we had to discover the hard way.
