User Friendly: clear and staright forward UI, a tooltips just in case you dont know what feature, and a knowledgebass just incase you are lost, if it doesnt help you try to communicate with their support Suport: Responsive!. knowledgeable!. and easy to approach.. those who claims that they are 24/7/365 support in their site are probably bots will answer in your queries, but not in this site, they claim that they had 24/7 support but they also put a message that their support will only work at this hour (~8 working hrs) since the staffs are human (not a bot). Features: There are hosting site that have their own cons and pros, I cant say that this was the best hosting site (since I only tried 2 hosting site excluding this), but what I like in this is that you can create 10 website(unlike to other). Reliability: well, want to return your purchase? they have 30 days money back. Price: cheappiest among the affordable plan of other hosting sites
