Our medical group has been working with the In-Telecom team for the past couple of months to transition our phone system over to their ITC Cloud platform. From sales to project implementation, their team has been super responsive, knowledgeable and professional. So far, what sets them apart is their ability to provide helpful input and direction for programming that can improve our operational efficiency and customer experience.
