EZPZ has seriously gone down hill, support is atrocious. Servers are shocking - they need to learn how to manage them better and secure them more. Every day i was hitting around 20% load and databases would not load. To top if off email serveries kept on failing and they blamed me yet it was nothing to do with me. They assured me their services was fine. It come to a point were i was submitting a ticket every day due to downtime. Servers hit a 50% load the other day..... Their servers are infected with viruses. My Backup services just suddenly stopped. I was getting flooded with database error on my e-commence and they said its nothing to do with them even tho i provided evidence. Yet soon as i moved hosts all problems have been cured. Not only that i switched servers 3 times. EZPZ in my eyes is one the the worst hosts i have been with in 16 years
