One to one customer services helpline. No premium rate number. Standard number with standard charges. The representative took their time to explain the answers to my questions clearly. I was actually cancelling some services I no longer needed, and renewing some. There was not backlash against my cancellations. No questions. They could clearly see I was no longer using some of the services.
