Thanks to the tool, we were able to solve the problem of late arrivals and early departures. Before using it some employees ended their workday 10 minutes early, claiming they arrived 15 minutes late. However after implementing the agent, we found out that those 15 minutes were not spent working, but on personal matters. Now, discipline has improved, and employees have become more responsible and punctual.
