I’m extremely disappointed with TLD. While the platform looks nice and being cloud-based is convenient, that’s where the positives end. Reporting errors are constant, the multi-stage sales process is not helpful, and the admin dashboard lacks basic functionality. To make matters worse, their technical support is awful. Unhelpful and slow responses show they don’t have enough staff to meet user needs. For the price, I expected a reliable, CRM, but this feels like an overpriced startup experiment. Definitely not worth it in my opinion.
