After starting the job on this system and trying another applicant tracking system, CATS far outperformed. I have been trained on this software which was easy to pick up on, as well as teach our other associates that are new to the position. It is simple to use, yet advanced enough with its specific options and filter tracks to run reports and collect data for the overall flow of a job posting. Over all great system for our company.
