Disappointed with the Support – A Verified Buyer’s Honest Experience I’ve been a verified customer of Flynax, and after investing over $2,500, I’m compelled to express my deep disappointment with their support services. Despite paying for the Apple app over six months ago, it’s still not available on the App Store. Support tickets take forever to get resolved, and when they do respond, it’s often with a $59 charge to fix even the smallest issues—and that too just one bug at a time. Once the issue is fixed, they disappear again until you pay for the next fix. What’s worse is that sometimes they know the exact file or line that needs to be updated, which you could easily fix yourself—but instead of guiding you, they send a quote and push for another payment. Different team members quote different amounts for the same issue, adding to the confusion and frustration. This isn't how professional support should work. It feels more like an endless nickel-and-diming process, rather than genuine customer service. After everything I’ve invested—time, money, and trust—I’m seriously considering walking away from this platform. Please take a look at RightIndia.com, my live project based on their software. While the software has potential, the support system is absolutely broken. If you're considering Flynax, I strongly urge you to think twice.
