I went on your website to join the communication training scheduled for Friday January 19th at 1:30 pm Pacific time. I waited and waited for the trainer and no one showed up. I tried to use the live chat feature on your site to find out if the training was happening or not and after waiting almost 30 minutes someone to reply to my chat asking if the training was happening it then took me to a "send us an email" form instead. Very poor service. No communication. I'm very disappointed.COMPANY RESPONSE: We are very sorry for this but did notice that we had no one registered for this particular class today (1/19) and for this reason it was not held. Our chat service was down briefly due to lunch cycles and very sorry about that. We are happy to hold a personal class for you to make up for this... just go to www.RichardsCalendar.com to book the best time for you. You can also book this class at www.ChamberClassroom.com for next Friday. If you are registered there will be a trainer there for you. Sorry Again!
