Richard I wanted to take the time to write you and tell you that Gerald Lavina in your customer service area gets a 10 in my book. You know me well enough to know that I sometimes have wacky ideas that don't normally fit in your standard program. Gerald not only created the back-office graphics exactly as I requested he came up with a perfect workaround for my desire to have the same text address at two different Chambers (see below). He is kind courteous and professional. He is a credit to your team
