I host several portfolio sites on PQ.hosting, with a small load. In principle, the hosting copes with its tasks. The speed of the sites is acceptable, during the time of use (about a year) there were no serious failures. I contacted support several times with questions about setting up mail and domain, they answered quite quickly, helped to figure everything out.
