We hired MZ Medical Billing to work on write-off recovery, and it turned out to be a good decision. They went through our past accounts and pointed out charges that had been written off but were still worth following up. A lot of these were things we had overlooked. They share regular updates and keep the process clear, so we know what’s being done. We’ve been able to recover money that we had already counted as lost. It has helped improve our overall collections without adding extra work for our staff.
