Scalahosting has a superb tech support. Lightning fast and complex issues solved very quickly. I can tell these techs aren't just "telephone operators"... they know what they're doing. It's rare getting tech support this good these days. The features, interface, and prices are excellent too. I love companies like this. Highly recommended!
