With eHospital No more overcrowded waiting rooms and missed appointments Before eHospital, our outpatient department operated on a first-come-first-served basis with no structured booking system. The waiting area was always overcrowded and patients sometimes waited four hours to see a doctor. Since implementing the appointment and queue management module, patients book slots online or at reception, are assigned to the right doctor based on specialty and availability, and receive SMS reminders the day before. Walk-in queues are now managed digitally with a token system. Wait times have dropped significantly and patient satisfaction at the front desk has improved noticeably. Doctors also appreciate arriving to a structured schedule rather than an unmanageable queue.
