Impressive.
Pros: * Simple interface to deploy and manage the VPS. * Super value for money. * Cannot comment on downtime yet, but I haven't had any problems till date. * Good choice of OS images for deployment.
Cons: * Support isn't very quick. You may have to wait for a few hours (1-2) before you get a resolution.
You are on your own. I'd not suggest them for newbies. That said, if you have a fair exposure in working with a linux system, you can manage.
