Webhosting+UK+has+been+an+incredible+company+to+work+with.+We+came+across+them+because+they+were+one+of+three+companies+recommended+by+a+security+expert+who+does+penetration+testing.+I+figured+that+was+a+good+place+to+start+getting+recommendations.+
The+initial+sales+work+with+Ross+was+just+how+every+company+should+handle+sales:+answered+all+of+my+questions,+sent+me+all+requested+information,+and+when+it+took+us+a+while+to+make+up+our+mind+about+what+company+to+use,+he'd+just+check+back+in+with+us,+but+was+never+pushy.+He's+always+been+great+about+helping+me+sort+out+what+products+we+need.+
Then,+amazingly,+once+we+decided+to+go+with+them,+their+customer+support+has+been+just+as+excellent.+All+the+time,+every+time.+They+have+24/7+chat+support,+and+the+patience+of+a+saint.+We+have+multiple+servers+doing+multiple+things.+Some+of+which+I+knew+how+to+set+up,+and+some+I+had+to+learn+as+I+went.+If+something+wasn't+working,+they+were+always+happy+to+jump+on+and+take+a+look.+
If+we+have+an+issue,+I+just+jump+on+chat+to+check+it+out.+If+it+needs+something+more+than+a+chat+can+do,+they+request+I+submit+a+ticket.+Once+submitted,+they+are+always+right+on+the+job.+Like+another+posted+stated,+they+are+more+than+happy+to+sort+out+the+problem,+even+when+the+problem+is+me.+
Who'd+have+thought+customer+support+could+be+so+easy?+I've+never+been+left+hanging+in+the+breeze+with+Webhosting+UK.+I+always+know+my+lifeline+is+just+one+click+away.+Thanks+guys!
