I've had nothing but success when working with HostingSource. Special requests have always come through quickly and gracefully. The set-up was fast - I was transferring my test sites within minutes of receiving their (five) instant welcome emails. Support is great, they did the backups and transfers until the old host finally made a good copy that was usable. They also spent about a week just to get my sites all moved and running correct. They get an A+ for running their business with a good product and unmatched customer support.
