I am very happy with host-ed.net. I have been searching for a hosting solution for years and finally came across host-ed.net around a year ago. I can now host multiple web sites in a single account and do not worry about service outages. I just feel that my customers are now in good hands. The technical support level is quite high. I have used them quite often mostly for installation instructions and add-on instructions. They have always been helpful and friendly
