WorkEtc is a great CRM package providing our consulting business with a method of managing leads and opportunities, converting them through to clients and projects, recording the time spent on those projects and then billing out through our external accounting package. The WorkEtc support/help desk is excellent and very responsive, they always make time to respond well and quickly! Our only issue is that the software can at times be slow but a quick nudge to support and they sorts things out.
