The sales and Technical are purely professional and timely. Thank you for being there. I hope you continue this way. I use their hosting service to support a professional Web site. Nothing fancy, nothing for sale, nothing speed-sensitive or bandwidth-intensive, just a plain vanilla Web site. Support tickets that I have submitted have been promptly answered and communication from Host-ed.net has been professional and reasonable. They don't spam me with offers for things I don't need.
