I was contacted by a rep from Womply - who told me they were actually my credit card processor Transfirst. I could tell he was not to be trusted. He was very deceptive in representing who he was and what he was doing. He wanted to teach me how to log in to view all these reports I now had access to. I asked if it was really necessary to do this & was told I was paying for it anyway in my statement. To which I immediately replied "I DON'T WANT THIS SERVICE & DON'T WANT TO PAY FOR IT. PLEASE REMOVE THAT FEE FROM MY BILL." I spoke to a second rep on a different day - he said the first rep had in fact not input the "Opt-out" order per my request, but that he would take care of it for me. Well that 2nd rep also did not "Opt me Out." These reps work on commission so neither of them had the incentive to actually honor my wishes. I'm sure they were hoping I would just forget about it. A few months later I found that Transfirst had allowed Womply to deduct $29.99 fees from my account for at least two months. I feel my credit card processor should have required Opt-In documentation from Womply rather than making it an opt-out situation. I did request to opt-out twice and they failed to record that properly. It is not in Womply's financial interest to do so. I feel that Womply committed fraud because they new my expressed desires to opt-out and Transfirst allowed them access to my account without my consent.
