VPS setup was simple and activation took about 30 minutes. My virtual server worked like I expected it to, no worries there. However, I ran into very serious issues with this company later on. I wanted to downgrade my service, and I kindly asked them to refund my current service based on their 30 day refund policy. The support is absolutely horrible, and eventhough they say "30 day money back guarantee", this means absolutely nothing. I have been asking for a refund, but they are not answering my emails, and my tickets are getting straight up deleted on their website. They are not communicating to me in any way (actually they are straight up IGNORING me), and I'm fairly certain at this point, that I'm not getting my refund. Will not return as a customer, and WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE, eventhough it was not a full scam, because their virtual server actually worked like it was supposed to.
