I have like a 40% rejection rate at this point and none of the rejections were for good reason. One test was for a "website" that was one image and two lines of text. The company rep said my review was too short. Another test failed to give me the written portion, and I contacted them about it via email and Twitter without response. The last test was for not completing all of the tasks (I deny this. Conveniently for them I cannot play the video recording of the test back. In the future I will be making local recordings.) I will be taking them to small claims court if this keeps happening. Since they do advertising in my state they'd be within my local jurisdiction. I'm willing to gamble with $85 for the filing fee that they won't even defend themselves from across the country and I'll automatically win. I'll wait until I've gotten a few more rejected tests though.
