Worse experience of my life with this company. Bought a domain name a year of hosting and emails with package 10 days ago. Tried to set up email would not work, after 5 emails sent with 5 different people replying who each one sent me a standard cut and paste on how to. They never bothered to read whole emails. Finally found out that they had directed my op address in wrong direction. Said would take up to 4 hours. 3 days later and lots of cut and paste emails back still no fix. I then started ringing and asked to cancel everything as there support was not what I needed for my new company. Guess what sorry as I bought a package no refund and along with the email came another cut and paste on how to set up and email. Worst nightmare I have had to deal with this company PS I am not stupid with computers as I have a successful online company and I look after that website. I know what I am doing so very frustrating with crazy domains
