Customer service is simply the best. Held a hosting accounts with Fast hosting for almost 7 years now. Their customer service is second to none. Even when a problem with one of our websites is nothing to do with them they've helped me on so many occasions to find a solution. In 7 years I don't think I've ever waited more than 5 or 10 minutes for a reply to a support ticket and I'm not talking 9 - 5 hours either. I've had replies back in minutes at like midnight on a Sunday.
