Similar experience to other users. Have been trying to cancel my accounts for several weeks (3 to be exact). The website stated to contact Boostgram via email to cancel an account. I did exactly that and they've strung me along for 3 weeks of continued billing while I've tried to cancel my accounts. After 3 weeks of cancellation requests, they actually responded with..."What is the problem specifically that you're having?"...as if it was the first time hearing from me. F- in customer service. Given Instagram's recent changes, I'm sure they're next on Instagram's radar for shut down.
