I researched major 5 helpdesk offerings (SaaS and on-premises) and found LiveAgent (ladesk.com) feature-complete and ease to use. I like on-premises option because it allows greater flexibility and security when integration with back-office apps is needed. Solution is in our full control!Support is excelent (of course they are using their own tool) so agents respond quickly and with detailed answers.
